Consciousness

It is sometimes said that life is not about learning something new, but about remembering who we truly are. Lets look deeper……

What does “remembering who we are” mean?

At its core, remembering implies that the truth of who we are has never been lost — only obscured, suppressed, or forgotten. It’s not about becoming something we are not, but about peeling back layers of conditioning, programming, and illusion to rediscover our essential self. This essential self is often described as:

  • Conscious awareness or presence
  • A sovereign being with free will and inner authority
  • A spiritual being having a human experience
  • A part of a greater wholeness, unity, or source

The word “remember” itself can be seen as re-membering — to bring ourselves back into unity, to reassemble the dismembered parts of our being.
